Introducing Daring Assignment Leadership

Faith. Purpose. People. Impact. Legacy.
Leadership is more than having a title.
It is more than being the person in charge.
And it is certainly more than having all the answers.
Leadership is an assignment.
An assignment to influence people. An assignment to make a difference. An assignment to serve others. An assignment to use your gifts and experiences for a greater purpose.
That is the heart behind Daring Assignment Leadership — DA Leadership.
DA Leadership was created to encourage, equip, and challenge leaders to embrace the assignment God has placed on their lives and lead with courage, conviction, purpose, and faith.
Your Assignment May Be Difficult. Do It Anyway.
One of the reasons people never pursue their greatest assignment is because the assignment is difficult.
They are afraid of failing.
They are afraid of what people will think.
They are afraid of criticism.
They are afraid that they aren't qualified.
Sometimes they are simply waiting for the perfect opportunity, the perfect resources, or the perfect moment.
But God rarely calls us to assignments that require no faith.
“Your assignment may be bigger than your comfort zone, but that doesn't mean it's bigger than God's purpose for your life.”— David Angeron
Daring Assignment Leadership is about learning to recognize the difference between comfort and calling.
Comfort asks:
“What is easiest?”
Calling asks:
“What am I supposed to do?”
Comfort asks:
“What will people think?”
Calling asks:
“What does God want me to do?”
Comfort protects us from failure.
Faith gives us the courage to pursue purpose even when failure is possible.
A New Weekly Leadership Journey
Beginning with our weekly DA Leadership Motivation, each week we will explore a different principle of Christian leadership and personal growth.
Every weekly message will include:
A Leadership Principle
A practical lesson designed to challenge the way we think about leadership.
A David Angeron Leadership Quote
Short, memorable leadership wisdom designed to encourage you throughout the week.
Biblical Wisdom
Scripture that connects the leadership principle to God's Word.
Practical Application
Leadership isn't just something we talk about.
It's something we practice.
A Weekly Leadership Challenge
Each week, you'll have an opportunity to take the message beyond inspiration and put it into action.
Your Daring Assignment
A challenge to identify where God may be calling you to step outside your comfort zone and lead with greater faith and purpose.
This Week's Leadership Message
Our first message focuses on one of the most important principles of Christian leadership:
A Leader Seeks God's Wisdom Before Making Any Decision
James 1:5 says:
“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”
Leadership requires decisions.
But Christian leadership begins with dependence on God rather than dependence on ourselves.
Before reacting, pause.
Before responding, pray.
Before making the decision, seek wisdom.
Because sometimes the most important leadership decision you can make is to slow down long enough to hear from God.
The DA Leadership Library
DA Leadership will also provide a growing library of books and resources designed to help leaders develop their faith, mindset, purpose, character, and influence.
The DA Leadership Library will bring together books and leadership resources from David Angeron and the broader Christian leadership movement.
Current and upcoming resources include:
Built on God's Word
Leadership and life principles grounded in the foundation of Scripture.
Kingdom Visionary
Developing the vision, faith, and courage to see beyond where you are today.
Kingdom Sports Movement
Exploring the intersection of faith, leadership, athletics, and purpose.
Champion for Christ
A message for those who want to compete, lead, serve, and live for something greater than themselves.
Armor Up Devotional Series
A devotional journey designed to equip believers spiritually for the battles, challenges, and assignments of everyday life.
These resources are part of a larger vision:
To develop leaders who don't simply succeed in life—but understand why they were called to lead in the first place.
Leadership Is About More Than You
True leadership isn't ultimately about building your platform.
It's about building people.
It's about helping others discover their potential.
It's about serving when nobody is watching.
It's about standing firm when circumstances become difficult.
It's about having the courage to make the right decision even when the right decision isn't the easy one.
And it's about leaving something behind that continues to impact others after you're gone.
That's why DA Leadership is built around five foundational principles:
FAITH — What do you believe?
PURPOSE — Why were you assigned?
PEOPLE — Who are you called to serve?
IMPACT — What difference will your leadership make?
LEGACY — What will you leave behind?
Your Assignment Is Waiting
You may be called to lead a business.
You may be called to lead a ministry.
You may be called to lead a team.
You may be called to lead a family.
You may be called to lead in your community.
Or you may simply be called to become the leader God has designed you to become.
Whatever your assignment is, don't let fear make the decision for you.
Don't let someone else's opinion define your calling.
Don't let past failure disqualify you from future purpose.
And don't spend your life comparing your assignment to someone else's.
“You weren't called to duplicate someone else's assignment. You were called to faithfully fulfill your own.”— David Angeron
Your assignment may be daring.
It may be uncomfortable.
It may require sacrifice.
It may require you to take a step before you can see the entire path.
But sometimes faith begins where certainty ends.
